• Inquiries and approval: Submitting this form does not create an agreement or reserve parking. Parking and membership require written approval, confirmed availability, signed agreements, and payment authorization. Requested start dates are subject to written confirmation.

• Monthly parking: Parking starts at $1,200 per month, billed monthly on a month-to-month basis. Founding Membership is optional and separate.

• Founding Membership: The $12,000 upfront fee covers an annual vehicle-care service program. Monthly parking is charged separately. Membership does not grant ownership, tenancy, a guaranteed parking space, exclusive garage use, or future rights in the garage.

• Cancellation and refunds: The membership fee is refundable if cancelled before the confirmed start date. After that date, it is non-refundable, except for a material interruption of membership services through no fault of the member, when a credit, extension, or prorated refund may be offered.

• Renewal: Membership does not automatically renew. Renewal requires a separate written agreement.

• EV charging: EV charging is not currently available. Any future service requires separate written confirmation of availability, pricing, and conditions.

• Service availability: Operations and benefits are subject to building access, elevator availability, safety, licensing, repairs, and other operating requirements. These conditions may require service adjustments.
